Back over the fence

Sometimes a jug has to go back. Since every purchase happens on the partner storefront, every return goes back over the same fence — under the return policy shown on the product page the day you bought it.

The route: open the storefront's order history, pick the order, follow the return flow. Unopened bottles and unbroached pails in original packaging travel easiest. Refund timing and drop-off options are the retailer's department.

What can't be returned is product already sprayed into a yard. If a treatment concerns you — a reaction on paws, a mix that seems off — stop, keep the packaging, and talk to your veterinarian and the retailer's support before anything else.
